Compassion is at the heart of what we do. We understand how hard it can be to be away from your furry family members, so we make sure to send updates, photos, and keep communication open every step of the way. Once you return home, you’ll find everything just as you left it! Trash taken out, home tidy, and your pets happy.

We also value work-life balance for our sitters, which means we’ve created a reliable system for you, too. Every client is introduced to two sitters or walkers. That way, if life happens, whether it’s time off or an emergency, you and your pets are already familiar with a trusted backup. This not only supports our team’s well-being but also gives you peace of mind knowing you won’t be left scrambling for a last-minute replacement. Of course, we’ll always keep you informed of any changes.
